recovery days are good, I took two of them, which was mostly me debating if leg is just dealing with residual stress or do I need to see a doc

plus you know still having to deal with hubby's emotional trip, so recovery was more like trying to do bare minium with no spoons >.>

yeah, panda's wiped atm and it's more than allergies, it's full on sinus mess gunk - i think i've worked out mine is allergies with an associated minor 'sinus not happy' but i've taken meds and i'm working on a recovery day
