When you report a problem, please be sure to include the following information:

What you were attempting to do when the problem occurred (uploading an image, making a post in Limbo etc)
The full text of any error messages that appeared
Where you were on the site when the problem occurred (which location, which forum, which image you were trying to edit, etc)
What browser you're working from (especially for visual issues and layout bugs)
